Cancellation policy






All individual cancellation requests must be made in writing to neuralcoding2023@gmail.com. Depending on when the individual request is received, partial reimbursement fees may apply to cover administrative costs.

Cancellation requests received after 20 January 2023 will not be refunded.

The organizer reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to make modifications to the format, agenda or programme of the workshop as may in their opinion be necessary in the best interests of the workshop.

The organizer cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to workshop participants or their accompanying persons, either during or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your travel insurance.

    Registration instructions:


  1. Complete one registration for each delegate (Regular/Student)
  2. An accompanying person may be added to the delegate's registration (optional)
  3. The fee for accompanying person is under the same Full/Partial category as the delegate
  4. Western Union users: the transaction's Money Transfer Control Number is required for verification
  5. Bank wire transfer users: a 35 USD surcharge and any intermediary bank fees must be added to your balance
  6. Upload of a payment receipt is required. Please ensure that the amout you send covers for the chosen type of registration and, as applicable, the accompanying person and/or surcharge
  7. Confirmation will be sent via email

Travel awards






A limited number of travel grants is available for eligible participants who are selected to attend the Workshop



Ph.D. students and young postdocs may apply for a competitive Travel Award.

To apply, please send your motivation letter by 20 December 2022 to neuralcoding2023@gmail.com, in a .pdf file of no more than 300 words, clearly explaining in what ways do you intend to contribute to the meeting goals. Please ensure to include the name of your advisor or lab supervisor. It is strongly recommended that you include in your letter your submitted abstract presentation title.

Travel award applications may be evaluated by members of the Local and/or Scientific Committee.

To address gender and regional diversity goals, the pool of selected candidates may reflect gender and regional parity/balances as from the applicant pool.

To ensure fairness and quality of the review process, applications may be removed of identifying information during the evaluation stage.

Selected candidates will be informed in the week of 23 January 2023, and will be offered a registration fee waiver.
